Our Journey​

Residual.ae began with a simple mission: Creating value within the secondary housing market by helping Dubai property owners maximize the value of their real estate. The early years were not easy. Developing a product that would be attractive to the entire secondary housing market, earning trust, navigating the complexities of the legalities, and proving our value took time and dedication. Each challenge taught us how to improve and better serve our clients.

Today, we are proud to offer eligible property owners the opportunity to increase their property value with our unique FREE renovation service. This initiative reflects our commitment to making property enhancement accessible to everyone.
